"Best hospital visit ever"

I'd sprained my ankle rather bad. Dreading the waiting time I reluctantly turned up to A&E. To my surprise I was seen within 10 minutes! The Dr gave me painkillers straight away. It was just a Sprain but they went off to get me a wheelchair and sent me straight off for an X-ray to make sure I hadn't broken a bone in my foot. I arrived at X-ray and again they took me in straight away. The Dr waited for me on return from xray and told me I hadn't broken anything and advised me on how I need to care for my sprain at home. They also offered me crutches and adjusted them to my height. I was in and out within half an hour. Everyone was professional and the Dr was extremely pleasant. I felt they handled me with care. I've had some bad waiting experiences at other hospitals and this was my first time at Manor and I cannot fault them in anyway. I was surprised when someone mentioned they'd had a not so great experience here because I thought they were absolutely brilliant.
