"Poor communication at Royal Bolton"

I recently had an Endoscopy at Royal Bolton Hospital, and I stayed on Wards D1 and A4. I thought the whole experience was very average. It was hard getting a bed. And having any needles taken out was not good. Otherwise it was ok.

I thought that the nurse was too quick to disregard my point about Social Services involvement.

I am always nervous to go to hospital anyway and not understanding some of what's going on makes me feel very uptight.
