About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS) The Princess Royal Hospital / General medicine

(as the patient),

The waiting time between doctors referral and appointment with physio was almost 2 months which I thought was excessive. The treatment, diagnosis and explanation after examination of my lower back pain condition was excellent by TC at PRH. I have only had initial examination with treatment booked for the following week. So far, a very positive experience, hope it works.
