"The whole appointment felt reassuring"

My GP Dr Tindall was very thorough in his examination of my problem and history. He was very reassuring and explained everything. I was really amazed by the speed of contact from the letter written by Dr Tindall to a phone call from the appointments team the next day. I was surprised but really appreciated the choice of options for my appointment. It was truly impressive to find myself attending a hospital appointment in less than a week and to be seen by very helpful and caring staff who really looked after me. The whole appointment felt reassuring given the worry I felt about the chest pain I was having.

I can’t thank the consultant Dr Tindall enough for helping me calm down over my recent chest pains and feel confident they will sort me out.
