About: Royal Stoke University Hospital / Ophthalmology

(as the patient),

The receptionists were very helpful as I had not attended Stoke General hospital before. The nurse who received me in the clinic was friendly, and made me feel I was very important at that moment. The consultant was very clear in his explanation of the procedure. A very good experience all round. Thank you
