Referred Jan 2014 appointment at the neuro department in April. Due to train strike new appointment in July. Scan ordered could not get follow up till December.
Injection offered advised short waiting list, rang constantly in Feb no one picking up, sent recorded letter no answer, G/P/ office phoned no one got back.
Appointment in March, told I never kept appointment for injection in Dec2014 now I was told on early Dec I would go on list they had 2/3 days to put me on list and get letter out I never received it.
Why would I be phoning Writing and getting G, P involved. Registrar said he would get URGENT injection and new scan later as holiday imminent. Visited dept no injection ordered no follow up appointment.
I'm terribly distraught cannot get through to anyone apart from the pain which has got worse.
I lost holiday deposit last year could not get insured till back is sorted this year I will lose the total holiday cost please someone from this dept answer me.
