"The food is awful"

About: National Hospital for Neurology & Neurosurgery - Queen Square

There are no kitchens. The food is cook-chilled then Blast- Microwaved, before being served. The process appears designed to drive out as much flavour as possible. It was clear thet good quality ingredients had been used, but the process left them chewy and tasteless. It lets down the rest of the hospital.
