What could be improved

I have been waiting over 2 years for a wig to be provided for me despite the fact that i have paid my prescription charge. You refuse to answer my letters and will not return my phone calls. Face to face contact results in promises that something will be sorted out - but after 2 years of continual incompetence and false promises nothing happens. My Health has suffered and i now suffer from depresion due to this prolonged period in which no-one will take responsibility for my treatment. What will it take for you to respond to my desparate need. My mental health declines day by day, i hope i can hang on long enough for someone to help me, but thoughs often turn to taking my own life. Please help me.
