on the eve of our holiday October 2014, grandson had a suspect ankle injury. rugby related. treated fairly , had to wait patiently for a couple of hours . but treaed fairly, result was bad strain thankfully

Thank you very much for posting your comments regarding your Grandson's ankle injury in October 2014.

I will ensure that your feedback is communicated to the Emergency Department Team at Heartlands Hospital who will be so pleased to learn that you felt you were treated fairly, and that your Grandson's injury was only thankfully a bad strain.

I hope that he has since recovered well and is back playing Rugby regularly!
