I have been calling for a few days, various times a day and no one is picking up!! This is totally unacceptable!!

We are sorry to hear you have been unable to get through to the hospital. Lines do get busy during peak times but you should certainly have been able to reach the hospital having tried at various times of the day - we apologise for this.
