"trying to get seen"

About: Royal Preston Hospital

i have had degenerative spine over the years but back went on 10 October 2013 and i am still trying to get appointments to get it sorted they have passed me from one person to another absolutely no consistency and no communication at all between them and i have had un needed trips to Preston. Once i was referd to the wrong person and another to be told they had a meeting and got go ahead but now need to do test to see if i would benefit from it. there is no surprise that the nhs has got a bad reputation as cattle would get treated with better care and respect.
