I visited Glastonbury Minor Injury Unit today after sustaining an injury overseas last week for a dressing change. The treatment overseas had been extremely painful and I was very apprehensive. The wait was an hour as indicated to me by the receptionist on arrival. However I would have happily waited longer the excellent treatment I received. The staff were friendly, reassuring and sympathetic. Their careful approach to dressing my injury, their knowledge and the advice they gave me was much appreciated. Their professional and caring manner gave me confidence in the care I was receiving. Thank you very much.
