Thank you to the paediatric phlebotomy staff. My two year old had a blood test recently and I was really worried about how I was going to keep him still and how he was going to react to a needle being stuck in him. The nurse was amazing, made us both totally at ease, was fantastic with my son, he didn't cry and even thanked the nurse afterwards!
