There is a lot of wasted money as far as the heating in the hospital, as it is far too hot in the hospital.this also must cause germs to spread. I also think that the elderly patients need to be given drinks regularly as the drinks and dinner are just left there and no help to eat. Maybe volunteers should be trained to help feed them.
