"Daughter's A&E visit"

About: Horton General Hospital

Just want to say a huge thank you to all the staff involved in my daughter's care on the evening of 1/4/15. She came in after an ambulance ride due to having a seizure and was transferred to Oxford's PICU. All the staff we encountered were kind and kept us informed the whole time. What was one of the scariest nights as parents was made better by being at such an amazing facility. Banbury is so lucky! The nurse that evening whose name I really wish I remembered was amazing - they told me my daughter would be fine and they were right - today is 5 days later and she's been climbing trees and running around like normal. Thanks again!

Thank you very much for your detailed comments, it is a pleasure to hear that you and your daughter had such a positive experience at the Horton. Our teams strive to provide as much support and information as possible during someone's stay and it is great to have this acknowledged. We're glad to hear that your daughter is back to her normal active self. Best wishes for the future.
