"Positive experience at accident and emergency"

About: University Hospital Monklands / Emergency Department

(as a parent/guardian),

The service I received at the A&E department at Monklands Hospital was exceptional. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

I was there with both my 3 year old and 10 month old children and all staff enaged and interacted well with the children (even those that were not involved in our care). Had a very positive experience attending here.
