What I liked

I liked the little charts i had to fill out to help me organise my time in order to get better.

What could be improved

I believe i was discharged from the CFS service too quickly, i have not even had any follow up sessions. All i have heard from the team is a questionaire that was sent to me in the post. i almost felt rejected.

Anything else?

i am still suffering from CFS.
