I visited Herne Bay Memorial Hospital on 2nd April this year for surgery on my toe, I cannot praise the nursing staff too highly. Everyone I met was kind, helpful, knowledgeable and caring. I was treated with the utmost respect, involved in every aspect of my treatment. I was kept informed of progress of what was happening all the way. The hospital ward was up to date and so clean and comfortable. I was apprehensive as anyone would naturally be but I need not have worried at all as the procedure was quick and painless after having a local anisthectic. I was offered a choice of snack and had tea and my husband was afforded the same hospitality which was so kind. I would like to say a huge thank you to all the nursing staff and what a fantastic job they do every day.
"Superb"
