"I had a very good experience"

I attended on Easter Monday with a bad infection. I met the receptionist, triage nurse, a doctor and a specialist, all of whom were brilliant. I arrived as a blithering wreck and left after some tests, thorough examinations and reassurances that I would survive a couple of hours later with a prescription. I can't say how well I was dealt with and I'm grateful we have such a competent and friendly A&E in Cheltenham.
