"A&E Good Friday 2015"

I had appalling service and none of the staff looked after me remotely adequately, it was a terrible hospital showing no respect at all for its patients and their relatives. I went to A&E and none of the staff worked together at all nor did they provide for my needs despite many requests to do so. All together it is truly terrible hospital and I would recommend my family and friends to avoid it at all costs. On a previous visit to the same A&E department just before Christmas the doctor conducted an examination using the light on a mobile phone. I am sure that was properly cleaned between patients! Staff members on this occasion were also overheard discussing how unreasonable it was that they were criticised for not washing their hands. Their comment was that "They don't understand what it's like working here". They clearly don't believe it's possible to follow basic hygiene practices within this department.
