Dear Paul First of all apologies I did respond to your comment on the 7th April but NHS Choices have not posted this as yet, so if you have two responses to your concern this is why. I am sorry to hear about your recent experience of care with us, please be assured though that we do not ask NHS Choices to remove comments from our pages it will only be if they themselves have reorganised their pages that it may have disappeared.
