"Outstanding A&E and Assessment Centre teams"

After a call to NHS direct, I took my 25yr old daughter to Ipswich Hospital A&E on Easter Saturday morning for attention to severe chest pains which were limiting her breathing. The experience was excellent from Triage to A&E through to Brantham Assessment Ward. Although it was a long day of checks and tests, all staff were friendly and informative, taking time to explain their approach and seeking agreement at every step. Thank you to the doctor and the whole team who dealt with the situation on a very busy Saturday very well. It was reassuring to see a team who put my daughter's wellbeing first.
