I found one of my friends collapsed on his kitchen floor.

I phoned for help and when the paramedics, Joanne Mathews and Mike Stevens, arrived I was very impressed with their efficiency and also the compassion that they showed to my 91 year old friend who was disorientated and confused by his situation.

After tests he was taken by ambulance to Treliske for further tests and treatment. Brilliant service from all involved.
