What I liked
The ambulance crew who took me to hospital were very thorough in there treatment, observation,and recording.
What could be improved
The staff in A&E taking notice of what they had been told about my accident, and treating my bleeding head wound, not just monitoring me for signs of concussion.
Anything else?
I subsiquently got an infection in my head wound and I am. still recieving hospital treatment 5 weeks after my fall .This would not have happened if I had basic first aid and my wound had been cleaned.
