"MRI Scan"

I took my disabled son for an MRI scan yesterday. Staff were friendly effcient and respectful of Mitchell's learning disability. They watched for signs of him becoming distressed and patiently talked him through every part of the process. They even offered to fit my other son in as he is booked for Monday and wanted to save us a trip! Staffs attentiveness changed what could have been a scary experience into a calm one. My other will attend on Monday a lot less worried than his brother.
