"Physiotherapists in Erica Ward."

About: King George Hospital

These Physiotherapists did very little practical work with patients. The stairs device was hardly used at all. This is vital for people preparing to go home. They spent far too much time "having conferences" in their little room. They gave misinformation about the help patients would have on discharge. Their communication with the nursing staff could be improved.
