"Easter Saturday appointment"

I was surprised to be given an appointment for a Colonoscopy at the Easter weekend but the whole experience(which could have been daunting ) was made very easy by the staff. Without exception they were kind, helpful and friendly when explaining the procedures, making my visit much more bearable. I even got some tea and buttered toast before I left. Many thanks to them all.
