"Taken in on time but kept waiting for over two hrs"

Receptionist not very friendly,nursing staff very good,having to give private information such as DOB etc in front of another patient,was told there would be a delay due to a hold up,but did not realise it would be above two hrs later,hubby was left in waiting room for this amount of time,however when things got moving everyone was nice and was over with in no time,and even got a welcome cup of tea and biscuit if i wanted. Although this was my first time at Euxton hall my experience was not too bad and things went smoothly.
