"Cardiac Investigation Unit, Bay A1"

What can I say that I have not already said before when I praised the St. Mawes and Tolgus Wards a week ago? I arrived at 11.30 was shown to the ward straight away. All the Staff on that ward were excellent. They explained everything in detail and because I have a lumbar disc fracture at the moment, they did everything to help me. I went for my procedure at 2.30 and the staff were so caring, helpful and appeared to love their job. Their sole aim seemed to be geared to put you at your ease and make you comfortable. The consultant is a gem, they have given me my life back doing an AV node ablation and it was so interesting to watch. I was back in the Ward by 3.30, given a roll and a cup of coffee. Cleanliness was excellent. I do hope a copy of these reviews go to the Staff so that they know how grateful and happy we patients have been. By the way, I read a negative review on the food. I can only say I enjoyed it very much, it was always hot and good choices were offered. Can't please everyone, I suppose. Keep up the good work. Diane Adams 28.11.36
