"Minor Injury Unit very dissapointing"

Told I could not been seen by a nurse because the x-ray department was not open even though I did not need an x-ray as only needed my knee to be strapped up! Wasn't even offered a consultation so had to travel to moreton where the service was 5*! Considering we have been told to make good use of the MIU to keep it open I feel very let down and this isn't the first time! Feel as if the staff just couldn't be bothered as it was a bank holiday! Could do with a member of staff with medical training on the reception as it felt like a game of Chinese whispers! Disappointed is an understatement!
