"Inefficient and completely unprofessional"

Had an appointment booked in the medical photography department, after a half an hour wait in a corridor we hadn't even seen a member of hospital staff. After this wait we went back over to reception where we were told the clinic had been cancelled and the appointment had been moved to the previous day without notifying us. The GP had made sure this was an urgent appointment to be seen to as soon as possible, we were offered a new appointment in two weeks time, after the date of the consultation that had been arranged previously. Complete chaos and nobody seemed to have a clue what there job was of who was in charge. Worrying when you are already concerned about your health.
