Just wanted to say that I was a little apprehensive before this procedure and although they could not complete the ERCP part of it, all the doctors, nurses and staff were fantastic with regards to explaining what was involved and making me feel relaxed and in very safe hands. They all displayed compassion and reassurance and It could not have gone any better. Many thanks and well done.

I would like to thank you for taking the time to write such lovely words on the Patient Opinion site.
It is always nice for the staff to not only receive thanks in such a way, but to be told that they are doing a great job.
Not only that you have taken the time out to look for the web site and write something positive.
