We visited the a&e as advised by 111 for my son who had cut his thumb and it got infected. We were told to go to the children deptt in a& e it was lovely and clean friendly staff and we were seen very quickly and my son was treated by a lovely nurse and we were home within 1 hour and 30 min and we live in strood. It was very efficient and lots for little ones to do thankyou to all the staff our nhs is brilliant I would have every confidence in bringing my grandchildren or son up here.
