"Impressive hospital and staff"

After my 2 year old daughter was finally referred by her GP after having multiple ear infections, the choose and book service was straight forward and we even managed to get a cancellation, so the wait for an appointment was 5 weeks. After arriving and going to reception we were grateful for the large toy area for the little ones, certainly kept our little girl happy. Thinking we would be in for a long wait, we were surprised to be called for her hearing test after 20 minutes and we were made to feel at ease immediately. Hearing test done, we waited for only another 10 minutes before the consultation. We were so impressed by the smooth running of this department and the nurse was lovely, my daughter got an Easter egg on leaving which made her day. The consultant was clear and informative, providing the options we had. All in all, it couldn't have gone better and we couldn't have received better care for our daughter.
