"Unfriendly staff at reception"

About: King George Hospital

I booked appointment through NHS 111 and first time visited the King George urgent care as my 1 year old daughter needed wasn't feeling well. I was give appointment for 11.50am but when went there was told to wait for 6 hours. The staff so so unprofessional, rude and unhelpful. I left without. Pathetic experience. Hope never evet have visit again.
