I got better care here than I have ever had at Ninewells where I go frequently. I was having a bad health day and the nurses were so kind, friendly and supportive and helped me round to see my consultant. The consultant was also very friendly and professional, he was reassuring and ordered some tests, he explained what the tests would involve and what would happen afterwards. I couldn't have asked for more! What a great team!

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts on our service via Patient Opinion. I am delighted to learn of your positive experience within Perth Royal Infirmary and that you found the medical and nursing staff to be kind, friendly and supportive during your visit. I will certainly ensure your comments are passed on to the Team.

I am, however, disappointed to note that you do not feel you receive such good care when you attend Ninewells Hospital. I would be keen to discuss this further with you to see how we can make improvements to our service.
