About: The Princess Royal Hospital / Physiotherapy

(as the patient),

On arrival at the PRH, Telford, I easily found the correct department. On approaching the relevant reception there was no one available to speak with. However I was not waiting long, I asked if I was required to “book in”. After a few security questions were dealt with promptly. On filling in the questionnaire that was given to me, I hadn’t got half way through and my name was called. I followed the young lady to an area for examination where she introduced herself pleasantly. We spoke with the problems that I have been experiencing. I was thoroughly examined and professionally treated with the utmost kindness and professionalism.
