"I certainly could not have asked for better service"

My first referral was at Specsavers in Wellington for a hearing test in January. Upon arrival at Specsavers I was told that I had not got an appointment for 3pm but someone else was booked in for this time. They advised me that they were fully booked and could not see me until the following week, which I turned down.

On returning home I phoned Specsavers in Nottingham and they were completely mystified by this as according to their records I was definitely booked in. This was confirmed by TRAQS when I advised them of the situation. On the following Monday morning I was phoned by one of the managers who is based at Specsavers in Shrewsbury who could not apologise enough. However TRAQS did another referral to PRH audiology which I attended at 8: 45 pm. I certainly could not have asked for better service.
