The car parking charges are a complete rip off.

If they can install machines that can debit my bank a/c and know that i am 4 minutes over my 2hour slot they can damn well make sure they charge me in time bands of 15 minutes or so. To charge me for another 2 hours because of 4 minutes is THEFT.

Yesterday I paid for 4 hours which was spend sitting in a waiting room! After that time we should be given car passes, this is nothing but a tax on illness, I then had to move my car at a time I really needed to be with my husband when the Dr finally found time to actually examine him, and had to buy another 2 hour slot for which I only used 20 or 30 minutes.

THIS IS A DISGRACEFUL SITUATION.
