"Phlebotomy department"

I have a lot of respect for the NHS and commend all the hard work that goes into it. However I am extremely dissatisfied in the way the nursing staff seem to operate within the NHS (specially today in the phlemotomy department today). They could not move any slower if they wanted to. They are all busy talking and laughing and not busy doing what they should be doing: their job! Very disappointed with the slowness. Between 4 members of staff, in 35 minutes, they have only managed to see 6 patients!

I am extremely sorry, there have has been a significant staff turnover in the phlebotomy department and we have some temporary staff working within the department. This however does not excuse a lack of prompt, efficient and professional behaviour. I am so sorry that you received such a slow service.
