"Tiny complaint about pharmacy."

About: Manchester Royal Eye Hospital

Cannot believe the size of the font on screen above pharmacy window, considering that people watching for their number have visual problems.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to learn that your experience at Lloyds pharmacy was not as positive as we would hope. It is important to us to hear your comments and make changes and improvements to the pharmacy service.

I understand that you attended the Adult Lloyds pharmacy in March 2105 and had concerns over the font and the difficulties this caused in reading the information on the Prescription Tracker screen situated outside Lloyds Pharmacy in the eye atrium.

Since your visit we have installed a larger screen to help with reading of ticket numbers and information displayed. We are also looking to update the software in the near future for this particular system to improve the display of information provided on the screen. The system also incorporates the ‘calling out’ of the ticket numbers in order to assist people with visual problems.

We hope you will accept our assurances that the issues you highlighted will be taken into consideration with the new developments of the Prescription Tracker System.

Thank you again for your valuable feedback which helps us to improve our patients’ experience.
