"Ramp"

About: The Queen Elizabeth Hospital (King's Lynn)

I don't have a bad word to say about the hospital because they do a great job but I do think the person that signed of the first load of speed ramps as you go into the hospital needs sacking. So you have ambulance with a person with severe back and neck trauma and they have to go over the speed bump. This person can not drive. Thanks to all the staff for your hard work...

Thank you for taking the time to post your comments. I am glad that you have had a good experience as a patient to date but I appreciate that traffic calming measures are not to everyone’s liking. They have been introduced to try and address the issue of speeding on site and to protect the many individuals as they cross the access road to enter the hospital. We have had difficulties in the past and felt that this matter had to be addressed to ensure the safety of pedestrians. We will of course continue to keep the matter under review and I will ensure your comments are passed onto the department that is responsible for this innovation.
