"Excellent care in the ENT dept"

I visited the ENT Department today after my 3 year old son put a tic tac sweet up his nose. We had original been seen the previous evening at North Tyneside General A & E department who made us an appointment at The Freeman for further care. All of the members off staff were pleasant and courteous and went out of there way to make the experience as pleasant as possible for my son. I would particularly like to thank the consultant who used the "Sid the Bogey Snake" camera to look into my sons nose. Not only was the consultant very reassuring to my husband and myself he also had an extremely good manner with my son. Which made the procedure as painless and relaxed as possible for all of us. I hope he gets our genuine thanks.
