"Gastroscopy and Colonoscopy"

I received an excellent service on 9th March when I received a gastroscopy and endoscopy in the WREN unit. Prompt start (admittedly my appointment was 8.30am). Good induction. Very kind and considerate nurses. Clean rooms. Very comforting during the procedures. Everything explained and plenty of opportunity to ask questions, which was encouraged. Difficult to find fault. National health Service at its best. Well done to all involved in my care on that day.
