What I liked

The attitude of the professionals, both nurses and doctors who were accurate and honest in their diagnosis and the care prior to surgery. Couple this with rapid delivery of diagnostic procedures followed by swift surgery, albeit in a different hospital there was little to fault.

What could be improved

In the cardiac care unit as this was summertime! high temperatures were very uncomfortable since no air conditioning exists. although there are windows they are very small , the nurses were unable to find sufficient fans to serve the wards

Anything else?

There is much criticism of the NHS however in my case I can find little fault with the care I received. My thanks to the Nurses and Doctors who treated me.
