"Possible dislocated shoulder"

I was asked to attend the A and E Department by my local GP as I had a suspected dislocated shoulder which required an XRay. From my initial assessment by the lovely Triage Nurse to my final discussion with the consultant, my care was of the highest quality. I cannot praise the triage nurse enough. They were kind and professional. I was in a great deal of pain (and had been during the previous night). Their calm and caring attitude plus their humour whilst administering the Gas and Air was most appreciated. I would also like to mention the radiologist who was also very understanding. All the staff are a credit to their profession and I thank them all.
