Thank you for your comments posted on the NHS Choices and Patient Opinion websites regarding the care you received last March. It was very kind of you to write and compliment the staff as it is good to receive positive feedback which reflects their hard work and dedication. It was reassuring to hear that you thought that the staff who you met on the ward were doing everything as a team despite it being very busy. We were also pleased to hear that you felt that dignity was maintained at all times throughout your stay. We can assure you that we have passed on your thoughts to the Orthopaedics manager and the staff involved in your care.
