I was taken by Ambulance to the Whittington Hospital on Friday afternoon after being discharged from the UCLH the previous Wednesday. The Pre-Assessment department was fully occupied but I was seen fairly promptly in the circumstances. I was provided with a bed in Victoria Ward and the nursing and other staff could not have been more helpful. The Urologist on duty ensured that I had the correct post operative care that I should have received at the UCLH and on Monday evening I was pronounced fit and well enough to go home, touch wood 24 hours later all is well and I am feeling much better, what a shame the the UCLH post operative care is such a let down! Thank you Whittington Hospital
