"Care of my mother"

My mother has recently passed away whilst in the care of ward 7. I just want to say what an amazing set of nurses, doctors and support staff work in this ward. We saw several different shifts and they were all the same high quality care. On the last night when my mum passed away we were there for many hours, and the ward 7 team listened to all our concerns and reacted very professionally. Well impressed with they were answering bed bells so promptly. They even fed and watered us all the night, and continually asked us if we wanted a cuppa. So if a relative of yours has to stay in the ward, don't worry. Thank you so much Ward 7.
