Friendly reception staff...in particulkar the young man booking patients 'in'.

What could be improved


Attending the Plymouth Eye Infirmary, I was concerned about the lack of hygiene precautions relating to the spreading of the H1N1 virus. There were no facilities for patients to cleanse their hands either prior to or after their appointment.
